I wonder if you have a valve stem out of tolerance(stretched,bent,ect)or damaged/leaking valve seal/guide. They tend to smoke worse as they get hot as well 🤷🏻‍♂️

I use to take a sharp punch and dimple around the intake ports.The edges around them raise up and helps hold the gasket in place, but ive been experimenting and cutting a groove like you would for some really small stainless or piano but leave it hollow. Theory is It allows that section not to compress and seems to help lock it in place.
